Immersive.Paris

Immersive.Paris is a French publisher affiliated with a Parisian digital innovation and creation studio, Atelier Daruma, founded in 2018 by Mathias Chelebourg, a three-time Emmy Award-winning virtual reality director.
The Immersive.Paris collection publishes works devoted to immersive arts around the world. The aim is to raise awareness and understanding of the immersive shift that cultural entertainment has been taking over the past fifteen years. This involves mapping the best achievements as well as observing the technologies that make them possible. And it requires us to question the technical, artistic and cultural stakes of such a mutation.
To achieve this, each of the books in the collection is made up of in-depth articles on a specific theme, written by experts and academics, plus interviews with key players in the immersive sector: creators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and so on. Last but not least, each volume is also a guide to the world's best experiences in the field in question: gastronomy, dance, well-being, theme parks...
